  Ever seen a UPS delivery truck with the phone number 1-800-PICKUPS? It's supposed to tell potential customer to choose UPS to ship their items, however, if you have a day time job or go to school (like 82% of Canadians) it should be read as PICKUPS - as in - you have to pickup your item after 3 failed delivery attempts.

  They are usually good. I usually understand that when a person hates their job... like some may mention... it's usually cause they're tired, or have harsh work conditions... like a not so nice to work with person... in their defense.

  But I have never had a problem in Red Deer with service OR getting my package. I dont care if i have to sign and they leave it. At least i got my package.

  The employees I've dealt with were basically useless, one gave me wrong information as to where I can retrieve my parcel and another could not give me any information about when or where I could retrieve it. I just wasted abut 60km of driving to the two locations in Red Deer which, according to the Google hours, were supposed to be open on Saturday but they were not. I avoid using ups any chance I can, FedEx and Purolator provide a higher quality of service.

  There is an option where you can "sign online to authorize drop off," but did I mention that all of the UPS online features are pretty much useless? For example, there have been multiple times where I will schedule a pickup, or "sign" online like mentioned before. as you can probably guess, these features don't work. and are therefore useless.

  I have always received good service from the UPS Store. No complaints. Keep up the good, and hard to find in Red Deer, customer service.

  Countless times, I have been at work while UPS attempted delivery, and they were unable to drop off the item as a signature was required. This would be acceptable if they would take it to a designated location to be picked up. However, the driver will try again... 3 more times, all at the same time of day.
