  Good place for crafts supplies, interior design and really anything diy. Things are expensive because its a big name company. The quality is usually good so its worth it and online coupons are easy to access. Service tends to be slow last visit it took about 15/20 minutes to buy 4 things but the workers are always friendly regardless.

  The place for nearly all your crafty needs,wether it's beads or bracelet jigs,masks or feathers,glue or paint Michael's has it in stock, the diversity of crafting supplies is unlike most other stores in red deer, staff is happy to help too.

  This place has almost everything you need if you are into any kind of arts and crafts. They can be a little high prices at times but they have a weekly coupon that you can find online that will discount 1 item by 40-55% depending on the week. They do various classes there which is great. Unfortunately line ups at the till can be long from time to time as it is a popular place. The staff is helpful and friendly when you are needing assistance. There is so much stuff here, finding what you want can be difficult if you are an "in and out" type shopper, but if you like to browse while you shop, this is definitely a fun store to go to.

  Jennifer the manager and her staff, will accuse you of stealing $4 items and ask to look in your bag. Legally, she is not allowed to do this and she doesn't seem to care as she says " to the best of my knowledge I can do that", when asked "what is your knowledge" she will accuse you of screaming at her. Enjoy being treated like a thief at Michaels.

  Heather in the framing department is ABSOLUTELY fantastic! She helped me pick a frame that suited my piece perfectly - she has an incredible eye for art. She is so nice and kind and made the process super easy. A+++++ by far one of the nicest people I've ever encountered in a retail environment!
