  I went to Golftown today to return the golf shoes I bought on Boxing Day. I had a long receipt, as I spent a lot of money their at Christmas time. The cashier said I couldn't return them because they were past 30 days. I told her I clarified with the salesman and the cashier that if spring came and I didn't want them, I could get my 167.99 back. She again, said, "No, you will have to put it on a gift card." I asked for the manager. Chris came up to the front. I got to explain what happened on Boxing Day. He said, "For sure, it's fine, return her money." The cashier again said, "On a gift card." And Chris said, "No she has her debit card." Thank you, Chris, for honouring your stores promise and for being prompt, kind and courteous. I want to purchase a new driver and I will go back to buy it from Golf Town, because of Chris.

  Do you guys hire anyone who hands in a resume? Cause the staff member who I confronted, not the other way around, was completely and utterly useless.
