    I didn't purchase my spa here but wish I had. Even though I didn't I have been treated exceptionally. This shop even helped fix my tub when where I bought mine wouldn't even call me back! Next tub will be from these fine people

    Happy customers for 6 years! They are always willing to give advice on how to fix things and don't focus on just spending money on unnecessary repairs. Larry remembers everyone by name and is an amazing asset to Arctic Spas!

    Had stock of pumps, and manifold, and hoses to complete my repair without special order. Very friendly and personable. We talked about why I didn't just order parts on the Internet. ..they appreciated the business and I appreciate the personal service!

    Went in to buy replacement jets and a control panel. He was very helpful and suggested a repair, risking a $30 jet sale. I bought the jet in the end just in case, but I felt they were more interested in the result than the sale. Had great advice on other issues as well. Recommend to any Arctic owner as well as any potential buyer.
