  This has being the worst customer service i have ever had. I had a problem with our hot tub. Got directed to the red deer store because apparently they handle all service calls. First off I had to pay $500 up front for a spa pack. 1 week goes by, 2 weeks, 3 weeks then finally our hot tub has more issues. We call again to try and find out why know one has being out. A week later someone finally shows up. Had to change out a motor. Spa pac was not required. They are supposed to reimburse me for the spa pac. They decide on there own they will just take it out of the original payment without informing me or sending any type of invoice. Still fighting with them currently.

  I have been very ill as of late and Dynasty Spas was given to me as a gift to lift my spirits. Well it was wonderful. I left there feeling well taken care of and the staff were AWESOME ! Thank you all so much and if need you need to feel special then this is a must do for you!

  Had an amazing experience today and wanted to share it as there are very few business like this still out there. Dynasty went above and beyond and I would recommend them to any and everyone I know who is looking for a Hot Tub. Pricing was on point and the services I received goes unmatched. Thank you for everything, so excited to have my Hot Tub up and running
