  This place is not for young professionals. If you are looking for dress clothing and you are under 40 then I'd suggest walking to the Mark's Work Warehouse across the parking lot.

  Went there to get my husband a complete outfit as he was a pallbearer for his grandma’s funeral. They were helpful and nice but didn’t give us any real options just 1 suit. Then after we picked up suit from getting hemmed etc the pants were too short, jacket didn’t have the stitches removed in back, the pockets were all still stitched up and none of the tags along the sleeve had been removed. Was supposed to be ready to go and there we were with scissors trying to fix things right before funeral. Incredibly expensive suit I expected a lot more than this. Won’t return to this store.

  The staff here are quick to leave the younger clients to service an older one who walks in. I was also subtly insulted constantly by the rep simply because my age.

  When we returned for a final fitting and to pick up a custom shirt it was handed to us folded in a box and wrinkled. Not what you expect for a pricey custom order. At least press it.

  I went to Moores with my parents on Friday afternoon because my Dad (75yrs old and not a happy shopper) needed to purchase a new suit. I wasn't sure what to expect but was pleasantly surprised. Dan met us shortly after arriving. He was pleasant, knowledgeable and efficient. He asked a few questions, took some measurements and in half an hour we had found the perfect suit. It needed some minor alterations done. Because my parents were visiting from out of town, Dan had the alterations done Friday evening and the suit was ready to be picked up Saturday morning. I highly recommend asking for him if you are looking to purchase from this location.

  Not stoked on our experience there at all. Sat there an hour just to take measurements because our customer service rep kept walking away to help other customers and leaving us sitting there with an unhappy toddler.

  This was my first time to this Moores location, as I needed to get fitted for my bother in laws wedding. He did not inform me that I was supposed to set up an appointment, however they were able to quickly sqeeze me in and I was in and out in a matter of 15min! The guy who helped me was easy to work with and I will be returning to get fitted again for an upcoming cruise in September!

  Also had to stand there and give all our contact info for the hemming when obviously they already had already. Have dealt with other Moores and been quite happy. Wouldn't go to this one again.
