  I purchased a house in the winter with True North Realty acting on behalf of the Seller. While I was delivering the deposit bank draft to Mike (True North) he mentioned information about other viewings / interest after we had completed negotiations and had the offer accepted. Both myself and my realtor felt that to be unprofessional as he should be going through my realtor with any information and it would be passed to me if my realtor deemed it necessary. On the closing date we were shocked as Mike gave us a 35 minute timeline to get to his office in downtown Red Deer in the middle of a snowstorm. Our realtor was appalled and Mike's attitude was "It's not my problem." If I had not made it downtown by 11:00 am we were told we would be unable to pick up our keys that day, which is completely unacceptable.

  I have had the pleasure of working with several of the realtors from True North Realty. A great group of individuals all with different specializations in the industry to best help their clients' needs. Always a treat guys! Thank you!

  All in all, I am unable to comment on how he is to work with from the Seller's point of view, but in the future if I purchase another house with True North as the sellers realtor my offers would have a small inflation to accommodate for the inconvenience I would expect working with True North.
