  If I could do ZERO stars I would. Lazy drivers who don't bother to buzz my bell so I can sign for my package, didn't leave me a slip so I could even go get my package either.

  Our mail is consistently being delivered late - sometimes after 5pm. There have been days - when we haven't got our mail. Terrible service, un - reliable, a disgrace!!! The letter carrier is is either too lazy or too stupid! to ring the buzzer

  I have the best canada post lady. Mail here by 11am, and she is always so friendly and knows me by name. Really wouldn't change it for the world. Great Job.

  I receive mail in a community mail box... today I go get mail and the whole front of the mail box is open and exposing all the mail boxes. I picked up mail on the street that was for these people. I have been on the phone to call the Sorting plant in Red Deer to advise them that the mail box is Wide Open. Doesn't anyone answer the phone over there come on Canada Post get your s$%# together

  I have tried to receive multiple orders by mail through canada post for a parcel and every time I am left wit a voucher for pickup even though I have been home every time sitting near my doors. the delivery person always leaves these vouchers and never once knocked or rang the door bell. Not good service.

  Call the main depot, no answer, 45 minutes of calling, no answer. Had to spend 15 minutes online to find a complaint line, spent 20 minutes getting the run around on the automated system before finally getting an option to even talk to a person. She was lovely, gave me a number to go pick up my package. I'm now stuck waiting another day for important medication, needing to jump through hoops to even get it! Very, very unhappy with the lazy, incompetent staff they have in Red Deer.
