  I understand that a tow company has to deal with rude people all the time who come to get their vehicles from them. But not everyone is like that and all I wanted was to get my stolen vehicle back and treated with a little respect. But now because one person did not want to spend an extra minute or two telling their co-worker about a concern a customer has, I will now have to spend extra money getting something fixed that did not need to be fixed.

  All of this could have been avoided by a simple clarification with the person who was going to get the vehicle. But instead they decided to be rude, unprofessional and snobby adding more stress to an already stressful situation for someone who got their vehicle stolen.

  When I told them about this, they were very rude and did not seem to care. They just dismissed me and told me that the guy knew what he was doing. So trusting them I went back outside to wait for my car.

  soooo we had a major issue today with a one of a kind vehicle that had keys locked in car from command start. We called AMA and key towing came within the hour but the first guy couldn't open it but he called the "expert" James and he saved the day. Friendly and knows what he's doing. Great guy for Key towing. Highly recommend him for anyone!!!! ❤❤

  So then just as I suspected my car gets towed out by the backwheels only while the front wheels are being dragged on the ground. And now that I have a chance to check the car, the 4 wheel drive system is definitely broken and I need to spend more money in order to get it fixed.

  Had my car that was recovered from a theft towed here. When I came to claim the vehicle, after getting all the paperwork done, I noticed that the guy who was being sent out to bring out my vehicle was using a fork lift that would drag a vehicle by either the front or the back to tires. My car being a 4 wheel drive vehicle should be towed with all wheels off the ground or else it would mess up the 4 wheel drive system so I went in to let them know about this.

  Messed up pick up address, and were rude on the phone about it, as if it was my fault, Added additional 20 extra km to final bill. They charge $100 for a hook up and $3 a km....... if I had more time I would have found a better deal.

  The only reason why I am not giving them one star is because the tow people who saw my situation where very helpful in helping me get my vehicle back home because I could not drive it home.
