  I would recommend Service Plumbing & Heating. I will use the in the future for sure. Cheryl in the office was very accommodating in fitting me in to they're schedule as I had called last minute due to my hot water take going down. Shaun the service tech came when i was told he would. Was professional friendly and knowledgeable. He took a look and presented me with my options and a quote on the work. He worked with the office to get a new tank the next morning. Came on time worked quickly and cleaned up area afterwords. The bill was as quoted.

  Our water pressure tank at our acreage quit on us so we were without water. Service came out shortly after we called and got us up and running again. Very happy!

  Called them once to schedule a visit. They couldn't do so in the morning because they were working on the schedule? Said if I called back in the afternoon they could make time that afternoon or the next day. Ended up scheduling the following afternoon at 3pm as they were booked. They didn't show up for the appointment and decided to call without leaving a message 40 minutes after the fact. Rescheduled the following morning with no explanation or apology, despite remembering our scheduled appointment . Set the time for 2:30pm only to have yet another no call no show. It's inconvenienced my family and our work lives two consecutive days with nothing to show for it.

  A family run business and it shows. They showed a sincere concern in solving my problem and didn't stop until they were happy. I highly recommend them!
