  Just had my furnace serviced by Bruins. Fast call back from service, with immediate appointment booking even being in rural Alberta. HVAC technician Andy gave clear explanation of problem and showed me the issues and then proceeded with his assistant Rochelle, to professionally and in a cleanly manner, repair and service my Trane furnace. They explained the expense prior to and after completing the service.

  I was having furnace trouble and it happend to be a late Sunday evening. my husband called Bruins and within 5 min the technician on call Sam called me and was at my home within half an hour. he took the time to explain to me in great detail how everything worked on my furnace and showed me each step of the way what he was doing! he took the time to check over everything in the furnace room including the water heaters and found other things that were important fixes that I would have never even known about and quickly proceeded to fix them as well. I would highly recommend this company Sam was very professional, friendly and helpful!

  Bruin’s went above and beyond! Very happy with the service they provided. They really do care and we can tell they take pride in their work. We had our ducts and furnace cleaned by Dale followed by furnace maintenance from Andy and they couldn’t have done a better job! I’ve never seen a furnace so clean. We signed up for Bear Care and have no regrets! Great job guys! Many thanks.
