  I truly don't write reviews, but after visiting this place I felt inclined. Perhaps the staff was tired when I arrived two hours before close, but as I have been an employee of a store of this nature I knew more information than this staff member immediately assumed. I was not greeted, and when I asked a simple friendly question, the immediate snobby answer was that they don't carry rawhide. Which was absolutely not related to my inquiry. I will not be returning!

  We love taking our little dog here to grab him a treat! The staff are always friendly and make us feel welcome!!

  We love bone and biscuit! They have such a great variety of food available and their loyalty program is actually pretty decent. They also have specialty dog treats that we get once in a while for our pooches. Staff is always friendly and ready to help. We ended up getting introduced to the shop when living in Airdrie, as our one dog has gastrointestinal problems and needed a more digestive sensitive food, and the staff were very knowledgeable and helpful.

  We have chosen the Bone and Biscuit as our family furstore. The staff go out of their way to make sure you are welcomed.... extremely knowledgeable, and if they don't know the answer, they will find out instead of just making stuff up. We have shopped here since it has opened and We feel like we are part of their family. Best variety of quality food and products for your furbaby. Love this place. Totally recommend them. 100%
