Cool little historic site here! They have some chickens and other animals in the summer months. Nice place to have a picnic and fire. The restrooms are nice and always clean. It is a good spot to put off for a short river float to Bower Ponds

The most serene place in central ab. History and indigenous roots and spirit. Love love love it here. Family friendly and nature at its finest!

It's a beautiful area to have a picnic for the afternoon. Full washrooms with running water are great. Boat launch is a nice area for getting into and out of the river with kayaks or inflatables.

Really neat piece of history. Well maintained and good interactive place for all ages. Hours of operation are not the the best.
