  Professional high quality service from beginning to end. The movers were extremely careful with our possessions and respectful of our property. I would highly recommend.

  This lady feels the need to keep emailing me about my review and harnessing me. I'm completely disgusted with this action. I wish she just leave me alone. I never said I should be priority I just asked for a timely response. I only told her I was pregnant and that's why I can't move the fridge myself I never once asked for special treatment because I was pregnant and now she won't stop emailing me to complain about my post. She never emailed me over the weekend only this morning As well I'm not sure why she feels the need to lie. As a mother to be I can see how a wedding this weekend is important but I don't see how harassing a very pregnant lady through email is needed .

  To start on a positive note, the guys worked very hard and fast. Now, that being said, they showed up with a small cube van instead of a 5 ton. I was told not all my stuff was going to fit and they could get another truck, but would have to charge me!!! Really! Then I had to ask them to put down a runner for their wheeler, as the building is well maintained. Heard the one tell the other that the management is "anal"! Again, Really? As I was trying to help, I took my bed apart, which my prior mover did. Upon arriving at new destination and setting up, they put the box spring and mattress on the frame with not ONE screw put in...Really? They left all the screws on the window ledge behind the armoire. The kitchen table was put together incorrectly even though they took apart. The coffee table legs were put on the end table and vise versa. The bed was chipped at the headboard. Noticed all these things AFTER I paid and they had left. Would highly NOT recommend.

  We would highly recommend this company. Our experience with them was more than satisfying! Management was very accommodating to our needs. Staff was courteous, efficient and very careful with our belongings. Their hourly rates were very competitive. Overall, they did an excellent job and we would recommend Halbro Moving & Delivery to anyone requiring the service of a moving company,

  I just moved to Lethbridge and used Halbro as my movers. Being a young female I was nervous but the staff made me feel super comfortable. They were all super kind and respectful. The price was also very reasonable. I would highly recommend this company to anyone.
