    Swearing at a potential customer over the phone is a great way to lose business. All I did was ask for their location, as google maps had me driving in circles, and I get told that google is "full of sh**". I went to Red Deer Lock & Safe instead. Got my new keys cut in no time (and with no foul language either).

    This is a review on customer service not the quality of the actual service they provide. The woman who answered the was absolutely terrible. Customer service when answering then phone and questions is so important that having someone who is miserable answer the phone is not great customer service.
