  ive worked at Sterling cleaners off and on over the years. We are only human like all other establishments. Our prices are more then reasonable for this economy. We do our best to always give you the best service possible. But please take note: not all stains are removable, the more you wear it without treating it, the harder it is for us to remove. But we promise to do the very best within our capabilities.

  funny guy Is such a busy guy that he has time to waste writing reviews. well people are more passionate when upset. of course if all the customer that had a good service rated it be least 4 right? suppose its like me when a store owner took my receipt from me and would not give it back or activate point cards for me that I paid $80 for. I don't know what happen with him but I know the ladies there do there best. well you have to say its pretty good that we only have had like two three people rate poorly. id say there rating means nothing if they are not willing to put there name forward. if your goin to ruin someone rep you should at least put your on the line in my opinion. its nice right that you can talk smack online while being anonymous right. that's what people like about the internet.

  My favorite sweater returned useless. It was missing the one button it had, the fundamental piece of the whole article of clothing that made it what it was. No big deal, even though it was a gift and had sentimental value as long as I can get a reasonable form of compensation. So yeah I called a few times and they rudely declined any form of compensation. So discretion is advised, the price is cheaper compared to most places, however you get less than what you pay for.
