  This place is close to where I live, but the people who own it and work there are so ignorant I'm going to dive across town and even pay more if I have to so I don't have to deal with them. Hope this was helpful☺

  WORST customer service I've EVER dealt with! The man working had the nerve to full out yell at me and tell me what a problem I was because I followed the directions on the machine. 'When all lights are off and no spinning laundry is done' there was obviously a problem with the machine so when I opened it after the machine hadnt done anything more and the lights were off some water came pouring out. I closed the machine right away and he wouldnt even allow me to speak and point out what the machine said. I loaded my sopping wet clothes and went elsewhere.

  If you hang dry any of your clothing I strongly recommend you do not wash them here. We are currently renovating our laundry room so went to the Laundry Basket to do laundry. I have a number of T-shirts and other clothing that I prefer not to put in the dryer. Didn't realize until I went to fold the laundry this evening after it had hang dried for a few hours that there was lint, hair and all sorts of disgusting stuff all over a number of my items of clothing from all three loads that I did. I have no choice but to wear the less disgusting shirts however some of them will need to be rewashed before wearing as they came out of the washer dirtier than they were when they went in. The stuff that went into the dryer seems ok, whatever was on them probably is now in their lint traps, however I found the dryers took a long time and quite a few quarters to get stuff dry enough to fold and put away, something pretty common in most laundromats I've found. I have used laundromats numerous times when camping on vacation and have never had this issue before.
