  I was a loyal customer since they first opened in Kingsway Mall. Being away from the city, and finding out they're now online was amazing! I recently (Aug 25th), decided to order. Got my order confirmation Friday before lunch, that was it. Tues I decided to email again. I also called (which she put me though to voicemail instead of answering each time I called). All of a sudden my shipment was sent. When I asked for a tracking number, she continued her lies, till I called her on it. After being lied too about my order they missed; I was yelled at by the boss dad, whom didn't care about the way things were conducted. It's not my fault your family run business isn't being run properly... They deleted my profile so I can't log in on their website (tried to log in early Wed am to see if I what the status on my refund was). Yet they won't refund me like they said they would. I had to go through my bank to start a dispute to get my money back. Absolutely ignorant people to deal with...

  Low quality jewelry that breaks right away. Beads are often stripped and fall off. Better off buying your jewelry online.

  Just got an email from the BBB. Make me out to look like it was me yelling?! When you were completely in the wrong?! Mayb try emailing people to kno whats going on!!! Absolutely pathetic!!! There are two sides to every story, too bad yours sounds like a spoiled brat! I have all the proof you lied!
