  Finally I was fed up the last time I picked it up I noticed the band's were crooked almost like all of the diamonds were reset , but reset all warped. I wore the band for 4 days and another diamond fell out. I took it off until I could get back into red deer. When I took it back , I flat out told him I have had it with it and having to come back and forth constantly to get the diamonds replaced and the last time I picked it up the band's were warped ; I'd like my money back, to which he responded no that's impossible. He would not explain why and than proceeded to tell me that I had caught the ring on something and damaged it.

  He was very rude to us , told us to take it somewhere else to get fixed! We spent alot of money with him and Now I'm stuck with a crooked peice of gold missing a diamond. If he would have just given me my money back I would have been much happier. I'm making sure everyone I know , knows not to go to diamonds by verage , save your hard earned money. Ask around I'm sure I'm not the only one whose been robbed

  would give zero if I could. Had wedding bands made to go on either side of my wife's engagement ring and after many visits to have it fixed and tweaked to what we wanted we ended up taking it to Red Deer Gold Smiths to have it remade. was supposed to be platinum but was almost all solder and not real metal in both the bands. very disappointed. Would never go back or send even an enemy there

  I had my band made in 2015 , I work in an office and don't do anything extreme with my hands . First while we were in Mexico getting married 3 diamonds fell out. He fixed it . That summer I was diagnosed with cancer I spent six months after that being treated , where I sat at home and did not do much of anything but try to recover ! In that time I continued to have diamonds fall out. Each time I had to drive an hour to diamonds by verage leave it to be fixed and drive an hour to pick it up. Huge inconvenience. In total 9 diamonds fell out.

  I left it with him, his son called me 2 days later to tell me that it's going to cost 430 dollars to replace the diamond and fix the band because I damaged it. I disagreed with him and said I would phone verage later. Very upset and tired of dealing with this I got my husband to call , Verage argued with him and told him that every time a diamond fell out was because I damaged it. I had the ring 1 year and lost nine diamonds, I've had my engagement ring 3 years ( bought from clowes jewellers ) and have never lost a diamond.

  I said if I had damaged it there would be trauma to my finger because of the way the band was built and my engagement ring sits inside of it.

  He made 3 family rings, my mother in laws ring , my husband's wedding band , and my wedding band. So we figured we could trust him.

  Verage does AMAZING work! He custom made my husbands wedding band, resized and soldered my engagement ring and wedding band. It only took him a few days to resize and solder my rings..... I would absolutely recommend Verage to anyone!!!
