  Very bitchy.. The lady i talked to was extremely rude and very quick to give me the highest quote she could then said, do you want it or not. Then hung up. Rogers insurance was terrible.

  I recently bought a used vehicle for a local dealership and wanted to add my existing policy. ..Jo Anne our agent noticed a administration fee for $499.00 on the bill of sale ...and called us and said that amvic rules stated that they could not charge us a administration fee if we paid the advertised price ...dealership said they could but I called amvic and we were in the right and received our 500 dollars promptly from the dealership. ..but we would have never known and had just paid it if not for our rogers agent Jo-Anne !! Rogers (we remember them as Moonies ) we have had excellent coverage and positive experience with this insurance agency for over 20 yrs ..you can trust them in my opinion.
