    Terrible customer service. They don't keep you up to speed on what's going on and will alter your policy without your approval. Only one person you can talk to, if he or she can't help you then you have to wait days on end. Even with important and urgent matters. Really not impressed, and i've been with this company a long time. Obviously they don't value my business.
