  Previous experience with dr. Nell was fantastic. But the experience today with dr. Prinz was extremely disappointing. In with severe neck pain and unable to move head and within 30 seconds she diagnosed it as a muscle spasm and prescribed muscle relaxants and painkillers. Dissatisfied with this diagnosis i took the patient to a real healthcare practitioner and learned that there was actually 4 vertebrae subluxed in their neck. Just saying maybe she should actually do an examination before shooing a patient out with nothing more than painkillers. When did rishing patients out with pills become more important than a proper diagnosis?

  Last time I checked a 20 minute wait is not an hour and a half wait, I know you guys are busy. But how about give a freaking accurate time!!! And no this isn’t the first time this has happened, I have literally been in here when there is next to nobody and been told 2 mins and it still took freaking 30mins!!! Give a damn accurate time!!!

  The front end staff are extremely disrespectful this walk in really needs to take a strong look at it's staff and to get rid of the front end staff and start new.

  Go in for drivers medical and for all i know the doctor wife was doing it and it was like it was a race to see who was done first then they have my info on a piece of paper right infront of her and she asks me all the info needed and then prints it out and still gave me papers with someone else's name, phone number, address and birthday all info they legally can't give someone else meanwhile i have other things that need to be done not deal with there screw up that they go to university for well over half decade to be able to do and they try to tell me its so drive all the way back across the city and the are ofended i ask for even partial refund on something i had to pay cash for couldn't do debit or credit now on top of it i find out they left out important info and im at risk of losing my motorcycle license cause of there mess up
