  The staff is very rude. They follow you around the store but don’t say anything. They seem like they don’t have much knowledge on certain products, too. The cashiers are snobby and it seems like all the employees there just want you to spend money and get out.

  We met all the staff and asked questions on what to expect the next day. The sales rep named Jess at the Red Deer blower place location in Alberta Canada was amazing! When we showed up the next day all the staff knew who we where, and how they heard all about us from Jess. We felt like celebrities, never in years have I ever felt like my money or loyalty has ever been appreciated, but that vogue event was amazing. I have never met so many great ladies and man at a Sephora who where just so wonderful to be around and explore the store with.

  I have never been to a VIB rouge event before, my sister and I scoped out the store the day before to be ready the next day for the event.

  I found the the staff to be super helpful and kind. It's a small location, but the staff I interacted with had a ton of brand and product knowledge. They were helpful and made me feel confident in my purchase selection.

  Visiting red deer over the holidays and went to this Sephora location to buy some last minute gifts. One of the front staff, Holly, was absolutely despicable in her behaviour. The moment I walked to the counter she was instantly rude. I was asked if I had my VIB card, and I said I had a phone number and she proceeded to scoff and roll her eyes as she took my number. Apparently I was putting her out. Then when I was asked to pay she didn’t say the price but simply asked how I was paying, I then asked how much and she turned the monitor and said “it’s right here” and scoffed again. I’m not sure what the staff at Sephora is being taught about customer service, but it needs to be relooked. This was so off putting, I will never be returning to this location and frankly regret spending my hard earned cash at a place who makes you feel unwelcomed and stupid as I did. Awful service. Get it together Sephora.
