    It would be really helpful if, for Mondays instead of saying "not very busy" to appointments only!!!! Drove all the way in from Sylvan lake only to find this out, also web site says open at 08:30 but would be nice if the recording or the web site would tell us that they don't answer their phone till 9:00am...... very frustrated customer:(:(:(

    Doctor is fine but the reception isn't.. Waited an hour and a half even though I had an appointment, booked me in that same day for a month from now, I called the day before my next appointment to confirm the time and I wasn't even booked in at all..

    I like the Doctors there, but the front staff is rude and unprofessional. They will have a personal conversation on the phone and leave the patient standing waiting at the front desk. Then they act like they are bothered by a patient at the front desk. While waiting for a doctor, there is a lot gossiping and complaining.

    It is very frustrating when you book an appt and then end up having to wait an hour anyway to see Dr. What's the point of booking appt??
