  I ordered a deck package and not only were their prices far lower than the competitors but they delivered the lumber the next day for only a small charge. The majority of the wood was so straight that I couldn't even discern a crown in the boards. A few boards were not very good so I contacted them and the next day the driver returned with a fresh set of boards that he exchanged no questions asked. The new lumber was also nearly perfectly straight. The people at the order desk are very friendly and helpful. I highly recommend Home Hardware.

  The people at the customer service counter are awesome and VERY helpful when in the store, but somebody SERIOUSLY needs to learn how to answer a phone! I am very disappointed, and annoyed that when I call with questions no one answers.
