  What a workout, Leo left me speechless on how much you can learn in such a short span. Will definitely do it again, and recommend it for women, and men. I have tried the kickboxing, and boxing, great introduction to both, and learned stance, basic combos, and more. This left me wanting private instruction with personal trainer, and to continue with Leo's classes.

  Mentioned to coach my wrist was getting a bit sore, he corrected my form and stance and adjusted my gloves, problem was solved. Afterwards he suggested wraps if I wanted to start hitting harder, best suggestion ever, can toss it at the bag like a machine now.

  Omg Leo is amazing! this man has come so far from the little man he once was. He is a machine of knowledge, fitness and fun. He also has a great sense of humour. What a beautiful location! He is patient and goes at a pace that is yours. KEEP UP THE FANTASTIC WORK MR LEO!
