  I have been a member at the gym for 15 years and still love it! They are always changing up the classes so I never get bored. Awesome trainers and friendly staff!

  WORST FLIPPIN GYM EVER ! regret ever signing up with them. Biggest rip off ever. Wanna waste your money this is the place to go. Gym is small, equipment is old yet they charge you out of the ass monthly so you think they'd have nice stuff. No room to do any floor exercises.. just a complete disappointment. I had froze my account and never informed them to unfreeze it and go to look at credit statement and charged me over $144! Asked them to cancel and they want another $100!!! My advice don't waste your time.

  I love this gym. However it is very hard to get there because of the hours. When you work weekends 9:30-5 it's impossible to get there. I wish it was open until 10pm everyday.
