    These guys are awesome, came right away to fix my furnace... No waiting lists or any of that nonsense. Super fast and super friendly!!!! Highly recommend

    Very poor customer service. I called in a complaint and it was completely brushed off; no apology, no "we'll look in to this" or anything that made me feel like my issue had been rectified or even noted. Extremely disappointed to say the least.
