  I recently had a very bad experience with this location. The manager was far from friendly and did not know what giving good customer service looks like. I've worked in this industry and In general I believe Quilts Etc. Is the worst when it comes to any sort of warranty for their products. The point is they don't have one. You can spend over $600 at one of their stores, bring it home follow all the right steps as to how to wash their product and yet still end up with falling part/ broken zippers...try and take it back and the best they can do for you is hand you a new zipper and send you on your way to have someone else fix it. No joke, this happened to me. I'm appualed at how they treat their customers especially the manager at this location. It wasn't until I asked for someone higher up to speak with that she made a phone call, and what do you know..they sent them out to be repared free of cost. I had to put up quite a fight just for that. She tried to blame their faulty product on the customer which is never a good idea. I will no longer be buying from Quilts Etc. My money is better spent at Home Outfitters.
