    Horrible horrible horrible company. Constantly harrassing me by phoning me at least 5 times a day, even when I do speak to them the previous day. Unprofessional. Half the time I pick up they says hello? i say hello then they hang up on me. Anyone having the chance to have a loan from these guys, I strongly urge you NOT to. I would give negative stars if I could. Can’t wait to get this loan paid off

    Terrible company and customer service. I called to ask them to stop harassing us with calls every. Single. Day and they wouldn’t speak to me. They said it was part of their, “policy.” My husband had already spoken to them about this issue but they refused to stop the calls. Manager wouldn’t even speak to me because I wasn’t on the account. Ridiculous, when I simply asked them to stop calling. A company that has a manager that won’t even get off his a$$ to come and speak to me personally? Perhaps Rifco needs to hire new management and customer service reps that aren’t so useless.

    I am officially happy to say I’m FINALLY done with Rifco Auto Finance! This is the absolute most WORST company to use for an auto loan. Avoid at ALL cost! Unfortunately, at the time I got my vehicle from the dealership, I had “new” credit and could only get a loan with Rifco .. @ a ridiculously high interest rate. Folks, take the time to establish and or clean up your credit in order to avoid dealing with companies like Rifco. I mean it’s bad enough one has to pay for a car TWICE, but to have to deal with unpleasant and RUDE customer service reps as well, isn’t worth it. P.s. I called in awhile back to get the payout amount only to be given the runaround by an incompetent CSR. The payout amount quoted by the csr was valid for 30 days!! I called in 4 days later asking to get the payout amount sent to me in writing, only to be told by another csr the initial payout amount I was quoted 4 days prior had gone up by $30 despite being told the initial payout amount would be valid for 30 days! Ridiculous!! Long story short after calling back several times and getting hung up on the situation was finally resolved and I received confirmation in writing with initial payout amount. I still went ahead and put a STOP all on the PAP with these crooks, as it’s safe to say this company is definitely out for the money.

    Absolutely excellent company to deal with. Of course if you don't pay your bills you'll get calls, what company would give you a car for free and not care about you paying the loan back? exactly, no company.

    so today was supposed to be the day I paid a whopping 42.67 on my car and be done paying it. well when I checked my bank account I had 182.58 taken out of my account. I had called in on Aug 10 to find out the balance owing so that I could budget. that call saved me. so once I found out a full car payment had been taken out i wasn't happy. I called the customer service line explained the situation. the lady looked it up and got her manager there to assist in the situation. she said that never should have happened. I was given a couple options. one was to deal with it through the customer service line or bc I live in the same city as the head office, i could go there. so I went to head office. the ladies there were wonderful. it was looked into and a solution was found. they took accountability and listened to what I had to say. I will receive a refund of my payment in 1-2 business days.
