    Recently given an email telling me my account is being transferred to another agent. Not ASKED and this new broker has not even attempted to meet or call. Apparently "on the road" is a convenient diversion. Find a personable firm. These guys aren't interested in your success.

    We started working with Investors Group's Red Deer office in 2011 and have been pleased with the service we have received. We have dealt with them for two mortgages so far and the rates received and support from the staff was excellent. In addition, we have had good experiences with our investments with them and have RRSPs, an RESP, and non-registered investments with them. Our advisor has always been up-front with fees and we have not had any surprises thus far.

    3 months ago, I submitted a request for them to transfer my funds and close the account. I still have not received the funds.
