  The only place to go for cell phone service. Took my cousin from Australia there she said she has never had such great service. Great staff.

  I am very disappointed in Cellutel service. Bought a new Samsung Neo there and had nothing but echo on cell to cell calls. After taking the phone back numerous times 3 in fact, and even had it sent in once for repair with no change. Cellutel simply delayed me on the 30 day return policy by changing networks and sim cards , then forcing me to buy a new phone and pay out the 483 dollar balance on the Neo. As the Cellutel rep stated its over the return period. Wow there supposed to be the experts, they advertise how there customer service is exceptional, But on one of my visits back for some kind of resolution there were two other customers in Cellutel using loud voices, so it is fair to say there customer service is far from what they advertise. Stay away from there is my advise.

  Knowledgeable and friendly staff. Good service. Make sure you have lots of time though as nothing happens very fast here.
