  I'm SO happy to have chosen this dentist office for my cleaning and checkup! Shelby was really nice and caring, always making sure I was comfortable. When the dentist came in for my exam he was AMAZING. I was really nervous about going because lets be honest, who likes going to the dentist but I left smiling!!! - Chrissy

  Of course, when I posted the bad review on their facebook page they deleted the review and blocked me from their page. I will never recommend this place to anyone. How you treated me was an absolute disgrace and I will make sure people know about it. Can you say dental malpractice?

  "My experience at Southpointe Dental has been outstanding. The staff from the front desk, the assistants, and hygienists were so friendly and made me feel like part of the team from the moment I first walked through the front doors.I have had bad experiences in the past at other practices in the Red Deer but, I no longer cringe at the thought of having my teeth cleaned. Cannot say enough about Dr. Phil and his teams innate ability to make you actually enjoy getting dental work done. The Southpointe team has always expressed concern on keeping the work painless and affordable. I would highly recommend Southpointe Dental to anyone looking for dental professionals . - Won't find more professional, friendly and affordable care in Red Deer; these guys are top shelf".

  Recently moved to Red Deer area and needed an emergency wisdom tooth extraction. I call Other dental offices in the area and all they did was laugh at me when I asked for same day removal. Southpointe Dental not only listened to my needs but also went out of their way to get me in quickly. They also tried to save me a bunch of money by tracking down my last set of X-Rays from Edmonton. I couldn't recommend them more and will be using them for all of my dental needs from now on.

  The staff is friendly and inviting as soon as you arrive. The clinic is clean and professional.Dr.Aull is awesome and takes the time to hear your concerns and do a thorough exam. The best part of Southpointe dental is definitely Shelby-one of the hygienists. She is so sweet and friendly and you can clearly tell she cares about her clients. Highly recommend!

  Went to see Scott Matheson in December 2016 to get a filling done. My bite was uneven so I went back again and he screwed it up even more. I then went to see Tristen Aull who was completely useless. My throat has been strained and swollen the past six months because of Scotts incompetence. Maybe next time you should hire someone with experience and not someone who just graduated?!
