  The most incompetent people work there. First I talk to a guy on the phone which put me on hold for maybe 10 mins then said he had to google the part number because non of there books or system had it listed but they had one. Ok cool I said I’ll be down to grab it later . Haha then got there waited for 1/2 hr for someone else to find part because buddy had left, they couldn’t find part number anywhere(she should of been blonde) so I found the part number on google they cross reference it to say they don’t carrie this part haha I had to laugh or I was going to kill

  Not bad prices usually but very rude and unprofessional staff especially manager and assistant manager. I would recommend auto value over parts source any day.

  Put their customers on hold for 10+ minutes while the staff stand around (witnessed myself) and eventually get back to the call. I had to go up on my lunch hour to get a part for a customer because I had been on hold for 20 minutes for the second time that day. When I got to the store, it was empty. When attempting to bring up issues with managers, was told "he's on lunch and doesn't want to deal with it" and when I finally did speak to a manager, he: 1) cut me off continually, 2) called me "my dear" repeatedly, 3) continued to tell me he had just returned to the store so how is he supposed to help, and 4) ultimately had no desire to listen or rectify the situation. Our business will not be using this supplier again.
