  We went with our old Mercedes RV to Mikasa, because the automatic transmission has not switched properly. Although this type of Mercedes does not exist in the whole of North America, the employees of Mikasa were able to find replacement parts in a short time. They ran an enormous effort and made about 50 phone calls to find the right parts. The whole staff was extremely friendly and we were always explained all the steps of the repair. A very good workshop for travelers the mechanics have great experience with old VW transporters and many other vehicle models. One of the mechanics speaks German. I would recommend Mikasa to anyone and would go back there at any time. Thanks again for the perfect work.

  Top notch service, have been dealing with Mikasa for over 8 years. I love that they treat my vehicle as if it was their own. They will do whatever it takes to make sure the job is done right and I always feel satisfied with the amazing customer service at Mikasa.

  Excellent & honest service. Sheldon and his staff are experienced and most important HONEST. Sheldon took the time to change my oil and answer my questions even though it was past closing time. The shop is clean and very organized.Im very happy with the friendly service & I will be back for sure for future maintenance.

  This mechanic is wonderful! I am so glad to have found them after seeing other mechanics in Red Deer. They took the time to review the work I had previously done on my car, then explain exactly what they would do going forward. They explained everything simply and honestly so that I had a perfect understanding of the issues. They booked me in very quickly and were very professional.

  Great service and honest prices. They fixed my 2015 Jetta TDI radiator. Definitely will be back to get my Jetta's regular service.
