  Such an easy fix...vehicle comes in, plate removed and recorded on spread sheet. Filed alphabetically, in the office under the customer's name.

  No signage in the office that this ("many thefts") is a problem. No verbal warning your vehicle belongings are at risk due to "many thefts". My husband would have immediately removed the plate.

  Getting work done here, have used them before with insurance. No complaints and the quote was cheaper by hundreds.

  Knowing thieves regularly steal license plates from their compound so often, they yell at their customers who have been victimized when the customer professes displeasure over their stolen license plates left in the companies care. I think barbed wire is a better solution, as is empathy for your victimized customers.

  Worst experience ever. Do not deal with these guys. They give false promises. Never update you on the progress of your vehicle and when you do phone and ask what's goin on they say I don't no try backnin a week. Should be referred to the better business bureau. SHOULD NOT BE IN BUSINESS.

  At Boyd Autobody, in Red Deer? Not so much! Instead they victimize their already victimized customers, by using loud angry tones (yelling), when you are shocked your license plate was stolen off their compound.

  Then a smile and "Thank-you for your business", is a normal way to end the interaction, remembering that many of their customers may still be traumatized after being in a vehicle accident.
