  Took my car into this shop already knowing the issue but not having the facility or know how to fix it. The 200$ "diagnosis" fee to even look at my car seemed steep but I figured it was the "best service in town". I paid the money to have my car fixed not knowing any better. 2 months later having issues again I take my car to another shop and they quote me less than half the money for the exact work that AEMW had done. Way overpriced for what you get. I will not be returning and would recommend other people to get different quotes in town before leaving your vehicle with these guys and being stuck with the outrageous bill.

  Mike and the team are great! I had amazing service when I went in and the car inspection they do and send out is great. This was the best customer service I’ve ever had with any car repair shop. They weren’t pushy, didn’t try to up-sell me or tell me I needed things when I didn’t. Definitely a place you can trust, they seem to really care about customer satisfaction here and treat you like a person not just a dollar sign.

  The fact that you can wait/work on-site while your vehicle is serviced was very much appreciated as was the complimentary coffee and assorted beverages.

  When they were done I really felt that I understood what work had been completed, why it was done and what should be completed or monitored going into the future.

  I really enjoyed my experience. I had them do a 90k service on my car, and they were a hundred dollars less than the next place. I got a report card emailed to me with pictures after the service was completed, along with recommendations for additional things. They emailed me a quote for new wiper blades, which was very handy. My only issue was with the shuttle driver drives a little fast for my liking
