  Excellent customer service. They called a day or two into the rental to see how we were doing and if we needed anything. Awesome little Chevy Cruze. Clean. I will use them again.

  I had a terrific experience renting a vehicle through this Discount Car Rental in Red Deer, AB. My car was damaged in a windstorm and my insurance company rented a fully-loaded Ford Escape for me while my car was being repaired. The car was fantastic and drove like a dream. Discount's employees helped me greatly through the entire claims process for my rental. Santana, one of the associates at the desk, was courteous, knowledgeable, and extremely helpful. All of the associates were friendly and attentive. I will think of Discount first when renting in the future.

  Had a great experience getting my rental vehicle in Red Deer. Getting my cash deposit back hasn't been so great. I have been waiting 2 months now and was told the cheque just mailed yesterday. The lady who i spoke with today could use a lesson in customer service. I will never rent from Discount again, or recommend them to anyone because of her.

  this place don't even deserve 1 star, i have to give 1 star to review this place, employees are not aware of what discount website is saying and instead of explaining started kind of shouting. not recommended.
