  Another rental company had "overlooked"our booking which had been made two weeks previously. We were supposed to leave for our vacation in 3 hours. I called budget and they rented us a vehicle in time for us to leave with no hassles! Highly recommend this company!

  Excellent service. Make sure you sign up for fast track. They will treat you like VIP and picking up and dropping off is a breeze.

  Excellent service. Had the right car for me. There was a misunderstanding in the rental agreement when I returned the car but the staff were extremely attentive and helpful. Would rent from here again.

  I have been renting vehicles form this Budget location for several years. The current manager and staff have always been respectful, courteous, professional, and they always do whatever they can to meet my rental needs. They will often pick me up, or drive me home at my request and that is helpful for me ......something I always appreciate. Their location site/office and all their cars have always been cleaned and prepared for pickups. All the staff ( Sushhem and Rahaman) at this location are hard working people and Budget should be proud to have them manage this location in Red Deer. I will continue to use this rental and location company and have recommended them to my friends.
