  Crooked! So i bought a toy hauler from them. They claimed it was worth 45k but would sell it to me for 40k. I admit I did not look around but I trusted them. I went back a year later to look at trading it in. When they looked it up, the same sales man that sold it to me looked at me and said " so you paid 36k for that right? ". I told him what I paid and he looked floored. So he was like well we can give you 4k more than what we originally offered. Just a poor excuse of a business.

  One if several dealerships we visited while shopping for our trailer. They had a couple we liked but not exactly what we went in looking for so we asked for a quote on what we might get for our trade in. The salesman refused to even quote us without a $2500 deposit on something. Because we knew that the trade in price would affect our decision we weren't comfortable with this. Every other dealer we visited gave us a trade in estimate without asking for money up front. This salesman then proceeded to call me daily and pressure me about the trailers they had in stock, constantly telling me I was missing out and that there would be no more new stock this year and I wouldn't get a trailer at all if I didn't buy now. Still unwilling to give us any numbers without a huge deposit mind you. Finally when it became clear to this man that I was also looking at other dealerships, he called and told me that if I didn't buy from them, I would always be bumped to the bottom of the list anytime I came in for service or repairs. Don't worry, not too concerned about your service department, because not only did we buy somewhere else, we will never use your service department either. We want nothing to do with this dealer and will be warning friends and family away as well.

  We have had a decent experience with western RV, our sales person was Great (James) and we have had a couple service appointments and they were fast and accommodating, thank you
