    I can’t imagine how many people they scam with their extended warranty/additional fees. Not only if you do but it and get ripped off by it, they won’t honor any extended work needing without taking legal action. I would leave zero stars if possible. Sales guy did a good job of selling me the vehicle, how ever when it came to the finance manager calling and all of a sudden adjusting the pricing to include extended warranties and making it seem like I had to take them for the lower interest rate. Then she proceeded to argue about “additional fees” on top of the “out the door pricing” discussed by the salesman. Sign all the papers after arguing with the finance manager about the pricing again, go to the truck and they took out my floor mats. When asked about it they said “oh someone else must’ve taken them for their truck.” Jokes on me; buy a 60g truck and it doesn’t come with floor mats. Windshield was so sand blasted that I had to change it as soon as I got to Edmonton and when questioning them about letting a vehicle leave their dealership being unfit and unsafe they responded with “we only have to replace the windshield by law if there’s a crack.” Granted it was my fault for buying the truck without inspecting it closer, and granted it was also my fault for buying a truck from MGM Ford in the first place. This is another dealership that has the reputation of “backyard dealerships with a shady reputation.”

    What a great experience in used car purchasing. See Devon in used sales for your next purchase. Great price to begin with, was quickly able to haggle down to the price I wanted. That night, I got the car home, and heard a clunk in the front end as I was parking. Called MGM, they wanted the car back immediately. They quickly diagnosed the problem (bad strut mount bushing), fixed the issue, and did my wheel bearings just for good measure. Total cost to me $0. Highly recommended.

    I recently purchased a used car from MGM and had a great experience. Most of my dealings were done over the phone as I'm almost 2 hours away but they managed to get me a great car at a better than expected interest rate while still being well within my maximum monthly payment.

    Dropped off truck spoke to Cindy for 2minutes . Cindy called back told me my truck was done and there was a recall that she had found and had the guys do it also. When I stopped to pick it up she had every thing ready . When I got back to my shop the automatic running boards did not fold out so I called her. She explained that when the guys did the repairs that the programming may have been reset. She walked me through the the steps to turn the running board option back on in seconds. She apologise for the inconvenience .mgm is very lucky to have a employee like Cindy.thank you for the fantastic service.

    Worst experience ever. Drove 8 hours had to wait around for ever. Dealership won't help ship one of the two vehicles I bought(even after I offered to pay half the cost). No one returns calls or follows up. Had major issues with 40K truck instantly, got the we are here to help speech and no one followed up or called. Just waiting for the car to fall apart because I don't think they inspect there vehicles with enough care or worry about money more. Still waiting for a door code. Please stay away from this dealership
