  I was looking for a specific model of vehicle with certain options I really wanted. The sales personnel were very helpful in finding a vehicle for me, and getting it transferred from BC to AB expeditiously. Throughout the sales process I was not pushed or harried in any way. Keep up the good work!

  I went to Kipp Scott not sure of exactly what i was looking for. As soon as i walked in the door I was greeted so pleasantly and helped immediately. The person who helped me, Melanie was such a delight and very helpful sales lady. She took the time to help me figure out what i needed and wanted and she was also very knowledgeable and able to answer all of my questions. I felt very comfortable at Kipp Scott and will definitely be going back there for my future needs!

  Because of a personal circumstance, I have had to switch out vehicles in the last few months. I chose to do business at Kipp Scott GMC in Red Deer both times. I decided to work with Clayton Jordan, new and used vehicle salesman, the first time and then again, the second time. Why? Mr. Jordan gave me professional, prompt and courteous service on my first vehicle and again on my second vehicle. Not only that, he has shown that he truly wanted to take care of my current vehicle needs and treated me with respect, kindness and friendliness. Am I going back to Clayton Jordan when I need my next vehicle and am I currently referring people to him? OF COURSE! Brent Smith, Finance Manager...I felt working with Brent on both occasions that he was professional and courteous, and clear and easy to understand!! To Clayton and Brent...THANK YOU GENTLEMEN!! :)

  Went into the delearship with little intentions of buying a vehicle that day. Clayton was quick to help and got me answers to all my questions. Test drive was easy and painless. We were able to agree upon a price that was fair and ended up doing a deal same day. It did take a few days for the vehicle to arrive (dealer transfer) which was no issue. Clayton has followed up a few times to make sure we are happy and have no issues.
