  I also interacted with Gus and Charles on the day of my signing, they helped me with registration and because I only have my learners, they came with me to bring my new vehicle home and to the registry office. They answered all the questions I had after leaving the dealership, they checked a few things for me and were very friendly, helpful, respectful and informative.

  Had a great buying experience here! Sales person (Amy) demonstrated exceptional product knowledge, very easy to talk to, and disclosed every single detail about the used vehicle we were checking out and eventually bought. Dawn in finance was equally easy to deal with. We had a few changes / upgrades and the Service Department completed the work way ahead of schedule. Highly recommended.

  I only buy parts here but the woman running the parts counter is awesome. Very helpful in suggestions and ideas when I'm not even sure what's needed to fix my Honda. Hard-to-impossible to get parking spot.

  Got new sales person. He appeared to be at least somewhat knowledgeable about the type of vehicle I was interested in and willingly gave me brochures on the pertinent products. Was looking for information only at this point. Will go back again once decisions have been made.

  Yes, I am paying a high interest rate but you know what, the benefit to me and my family outweighs that tenfold. I realize when a person has bad credit they aren't going to get the same benefit of the doubt as a person who spent a lot of time and effort into building their credit. I signed onto a longer term for financing but in 2 years after making regular payments, I can go back in and refinance at a lower interest rate, and I am building a great relationship with a bank who will be able to offer me opportunities to get a home or a line of credit in the future.
