  Awesome job!!! Whitney, Elie and Mike came through with an awesome deal with an amazing vehicle. The level of service they provide is second to none.   The service was absolutely amazing! Staff was working out of their way to help get the best deal and working within my budget. Bob was awesome. Everyone was so accommodating and friendly that I was impressed. Manager is very transparent and it was greatly appreciated. Tks to all!

  If you get a chance to read this review, I recommend getting your vehicle at this establishment. Heck, just use me, Teddy as a reference and they'll be sure to treat you right.

  In all my years as a Nissan customer, I've never experience such customer service and customer satisfaction!!! Not only was I able to trade in my vehicle at a good value, what I got in return far exceeded my expectations for a new vehicle. They also worked at making sure that the price was affordable.

  I had the unfortunate experience of dealing with the service department. After finding out that the auto body shop did not properly submit a claim for some rear bumper work for my Escape I had to return it for the wheel alignment it should have received. The service department, after having my car for a week, had a salesman call me to tell that they ordered the wrong part and that it maybe another week till have I have my car back. Once the week was up the part still had not arrived and they may have my car for another week. There was never any offer of a loaner to help me to get to and from and work. Upon this discovery I tried to pick up my car to which the service department said that they would take my car to the service centre of my choosing. I regrettably agreed. Once the service adjuster arrived to look at the rear end of my car they told me that the back end looked like it was ditched as there was straw and dirt underneath my car. I was mortified as I had never had ditched my car and nothing was ever mentioned to me by their service centre. Needless to say I do believe that there is something very shady going on here. I do not recommend the auto body shop nor the service centre.

  A great experience at Gord Scott Nissan. Our salesperson Cameron was awesome and was very knowledgeable in the vehicles they sell. No pressure and really helped us get everything we wanted. On pickup of the vehicle they walked us through everything and made sure everything was perfect. A very good experience and would highly recommend.
