  Overall my experience was terrible. I recently bought a used Jeep and it started out okay (of course.) The salesperson was very nice and I got a command start thrown into my deal. Nice right? Nope. In order to install the command start, they uninstalled my other key fobs to unlock and lock my car and told me to come in at a later date to get them reinstalled. A little bit of a hassle but it seemed like no big deal. When I returned I was informed they were in fact not part of the deal, when they were already installed in the car when I bought it. Which surprised me considering they were part of the car that I bought and had to be uninstalled (apparently) to get the command start. So now I have a command start, but have to unlock and lock my car manually. To me, this was like saying that in order to get new rims they would have to take off the tires, and then not putting the tires back off. Even though the tires were on the car when it was bought. Completely ridiculous. I was told they would give me my keys, however I would have to get them installed elsewhere. Although I was extremely unhappy about this, I left in hopes to contact the salesperson to figure this out. When I returned at a later date to get the key fobs I was informed they had gotten rid of them and no longer had them. So not only did they uninstall this part of my car, but they had gotten rid of them after I had expressed interest in getting them reinstalled. Instead of my two key fobs, I was given one cheap key fob to get installed elsewhere. When I received my vehicle it did not have a full tank of gas, which was included in the deal (and definitely in writing.) Although seemingly little things, I have spent the last two months dealing with the key fobs with both the salesperson and the company. I absolutely do not recommend this company to anybody looking to buy a used vehicle. I have had nothing but grief this entire time. I was however informed by my salesperson (who moved to a different go auto dealership, MGM Ford,) that I could get my key fob installed there. So I made my appointment, discussed the issue with the lady on the phone and was informed that they would be happy to fix this for me. However when I turned up for my appointment I was informed that because my vehicle was not a Ford, they would not do it for me. Again, another Go Auto dealership. I did not think to get this in writing, and apparently I should have gotten every part on my car written down on the paper into the deal because the car company had a great time screwing me over. I have spoke with two other people who have went to this same location, and again small but inconvenient problems the company refused to deal with or acknowledge. Please, if you are buying a car, do not go to this location.

  Friendly, professional staff. We didn’t feel pressured or pushed. Prices were clearly advertised, and no “surprise” fees. They offered us the best trade-in value for our vehicle of all the dealers we visited. We feel we got a good vehicle for a fair price. There was a minor issue with an in-floor storage compartment in our new car which we noticed after the sale, but Josh and the Red Deer Go Auto team came through and corrected it. We would definitely recommend them to others looking for a good used vehicle.

  Had a great experience. Got a good trade in value on my old truck and it was a stress free, simple and fun experience getting into my new truck!!! Great team they got there, I will definitely continue to deal with this dealership

  Never gonna buy another car again I'm not happy what they did. Don't even comment on here tell me to call 7807777777 I just did same thing everyone watch out what you guys are getting into also don't trade in your old vehicle they are just stealing they never told me that they where leasing my new car i had to find out after 2 weeks i got my car then i look at better found out they didnt give me anything for my old car i trade in. Im gonna buy out by lease car and never touch there dealers again. Please dont go here please
