  Food was awful. Ordered a wing starter and it showed up with kids orders. 15 minutes later our food came out. The 2 adult entrees probably sat under a heat lamp for those 15 minutes. I got the Memphis chicken burger. It was dry and the bun just fell apart. Girlfriend had the Mediterranean wrap. She was starving and was able to eat half of it. The lettuce on it was warm and it smelt disgusting. Won't be coming back

  Cafeteria food no matter which location and overpriced. I've had better hospital food.

  The food has changed over time and for the better. Although not drastically improved it is far better than the lull in quality that plagued many a BP for the last little bit.

  Service has always been relatively good and this remains unchanged. I have received the odd blip here or there whether it's long intervals between visits by the server or one time I received a wrong order. Otherwise they have been very consistent.

  One of the best run BP's that I've been to. Really friendly staff that try to get to you as quickly as they can. Never really had cause to complain. Good food. Good drinks

  The lounge offers a comfortable setting with a decent selection of beverages and of course various screens for entertainment spread throughout. It's relatively quiet too.

  Made a reservation for my sons 2nd birthday 2 weeks in advance, to show up and tell us no reservation was made. No attempt was made by thr staff to help us out. Will not be returning.

  The restaurant side has remained the same and has always had an interesting layout. It's tall booths offer some privacy while enjoying your meal and there is a gathering room off the main restaurant that has doors which separate it from the main dining area. Ideal for private functions.
