  All the time I have gone in to talk to Kevin he has been very explainable and helpful. Did allot of helping me through, getting my money of one Bank to the other Bank TD Canada Trust.Thanks Kevin for all the help.

  Will NEVER use this branch again. Getting threatened by the bank manager that he was going to leave notes on my account for being rude because their customer service was very sub par. Went to a different branch and was in and out in 5 minutes. Would give less of a star if possible.

  TD, which country do your telephone support staff work out of? And if the answer isn’t Canada, then why not? I have had a few strange experiences on the phone with TD staff. One of the strangest yet was a little while back when I had called into the TD business support line and was surprised to be answered by someone with an incredible amount of background noise in their office, due to other people being crowded together & trying to talk over each other. It sounded like a boiler-room. In fact, at times I even had difficulty in hearing what the customer service rep was saying, and it sounded like he might be in a place like Malaysia. I couldn’t believe it, because the business line should have a higher-level of customer service, not a lower level. So I was somewhat offended not only by receiving a low-level of customer service as a business customer, but also due to what kinds of working conditions these poor staff members must be having to endure. My feeling was that work conditions like this probably wouldn’t be acceptable in Canada.

  Pretty terrible customer service. made an appointment to do some investing, I was right on time for the appointment and John was 15 minutes late so obviously not going to trust with money

  The responsiveness is very lacking. Waiting for a week to get a call back which doesn't happen so then I go to the front desk and am reassured that I will get a call back today. Only to wait and wait and nothing. Its a pity that the branch has become so poor at returning phone calls it really speaks to just how much they value customer service.
