  I have never had poor service at this location. That staff are friendly and helpful. I have also not had to endure long line ups like at other banks

  Have had nothing but problems with this bank. Latest incident was I went in to deposit money into my account for my line of credit payment that was due in a couple of days. I couldn't find my client card and wasn't sure where it was, they asked for my driver's license to look up my account. They told me I didn't have an account with RBC (great, does that mean I don't owe them anymore?!). I told them I absolutely did have an account and had for quite some time and they insisted that I didn't. I took all of my cards out of my wallet to look through them again, the teller actually reached over and said "maybe it's in here" and tried to take my DL and AMA card out of a pocket where they're kept separately. I asked them to look my account up in a different way and they refused, they were just about to close and they had no interest in helping me out or finding the account. Am going today to a different branch to pay out the line of credit and close all my accounts. This is just the tip of the iceberg on the incompetency of this branch and RBC, also had an issue where they were allowing scammers to open multiple accounts online in both my and my husbands name and then sending us a bill for the account fees. It took months of going back and forth to get it straightened out and it was affecting our credit rating. We didn't have this problem with any of the other banks.

  This is the best branch that I have dealt with. Whenever I have questions about anything I get a quick and easy answer. I ended up switching from TD to RBC, due to RBC having better bank accounts but also I find I get to speak to professional people who speak my language fluently. Which is very important to me when I am paying a bank to hold my money.
