    Went for group run on Wed evening at 6:15 pm for 6:30 pm departure per Running Room website. Informed that group had left at 6 pm (also posted in store window). Told that website info hadn't been updated and it was common for people to show up too late since that change had been made.

    They have great service decent stuff at a quality price however their best salesperson Carlee will be dearly missed.

    Went in to return some shoes and was offered a gait analysis (purchased shoes online without trying them on!). Very helpful!! Knowledgeable and personable staff. The best retail experience I've had in a long time! Will be shopping again.
