  From Edmonton,our family member bought our daughter a pair of Heelys however they did not fit so we called in advanced to replace them for a different size. The lady on the phone said " yes we have them in Stock we will hold them" (assuming that they were new) . So we drove almost two hours (only journeys close enough) only to find out that they were used shoes(obviously a return and not in a condition she should be reselling them) . The lady there tried to sell us a used pair of shoes. I would say this is a HUGE health concern and just bad practice and when we asked if she could order us a pair online she said it wasn't possible, even though it was after confirming with customer service. To make matters worse, we complained to customer service and after submitting a ticket we never received a response back. So we called a total of 11 different times submitting 6 different tickets. After calling the last time the gentleman on the phone had said that the ticket information was deleted for each individual call. They have not fixed this issue nor am I satisfied with the service of the lady pushing used shoes as a replacement for brand new ones. When customer service was asked to comment about the used shoes they had said "this is a common practice so that stores can retain their numbers for sales". Very displeased in the least.

  Spent over $100 on a new pair of shoes that comes apart from WALKING in them. Isn't that what shoes are built for?

  Anything you purchase from this place will a fall apart within a matter of weeks.
